Rental includes the following services:

  • 2 beverage robots

  • 3 hosts & 3 iPads 

  • 2 extra bartenders to garnish the drinks

  • 1 high table to install the robot

  • 2 tables for the garnish

  • Max. 2 hr setup

  • Max. 1.5 hr stand-by prior to the event

  • Max. 1 hr break-down and cleaning after the event

  • All glassware and/or cups

  • 200 km transport

  • All consumables including:

  • All alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages

  • All garnish and toppings

  • Crushed ice and ice box for storage

  • Unmanned photo box

  • Background wall (4m wide x 3m tall)

Not included:

  • Extra km (extra km will be charged at €0.6/km)

  • Extra hrs stand-by or waiting time due to delays during the event (€45/hr/pp)
